By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and any terms displayed at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information

3. Products and Descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, packaging updates, and natural variations may cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Fragrance perception, projection, and longevity vary between individuals and environments and do not, by themselves, mean that a product is defective.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may update product information, correct errors, or withdraw a product where reasonably necessary.
4. Prices, VAT, and Charges
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT, delivery charges, and other fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you submit the order. If an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfilment or dispatch, subject to payment authorisation and availability.

Use products only as directed on the packaging. Review ingredients and warnings before use. Avoid contact with eyes, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and keep products away from children, heat, sparks, and open flames where the packaging indicates flammability.
Individual sensitivity, allergy, preference, or ordinary differences in scent perception do not ordinarily make a correctly supplied and compliant product defective. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
